INTRODUCTION
An academic institution strives to develop its students by way of inculcating the appropriate technical/ managerial skills necessary to survive and sustain in a dynamic, competitive and most complex professional fields. Faculty constitutes the backbone of all such endeavors. It is the zeal, enthusiasm, effectiveness, efficiency as well as the ability to deal with differentiated activities with ease which ensures the success of an institution. It is therefore essential to ensure that Faculty is equipped with suitable inherent qualities and do understand their specific roles and responsibilities vis-à-vis the expectations from the top Management.
OBJECTIVE
This programme aims to help them:
