Big data is a field that treats of ways to analyze, systematically extract information from, or otherwise deal with data sets that are too large or complex to be dealt with by traditional data-processing application software whereas Computer science defines AI research as the study of "intelligent agents": any device that perceives its environment and takes actions that maximize its chance of successfully achieving its goals.An expert lecture by Prof.Dr David Asirvatham (Executive Dean Faculty of Inovation and Technology) Taylor's University, Malaysia was organised by Krishna Engineering College on 26 Feb 2019 on the topic of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence under IEEE student chapter.

Dr. Kalam Startup Parikrama 2018


UP Startup Parikrama is a state-wide effort to foster entrepreneurship and help Startups. It is a campaign for potential entrepreneurs, students, existing startups, and colleges affiliated to AKTU, especially the ones who have the potential but are reluctant due to lack of knowledge. A basic level incubation center is established in AKTU to nurture the entrepreneurial energy of students and boost startup culture across all affiliated colleges of the University. More than 200 students participated in Dr. Kalam Startup Parikrama – “Entrepreneurship: Time to Act” hosted by Krishna Engineering College on 16th November 2018 from different parts of Uttar Pradesh. KECIANS continued with their winning streak by getting First and second prize in this event.
Winners of the event are:
First – Mr. Ankit Singh Rawat – Cow Dung Paper Making (Krishna Engineering College)- Paper making from cow dung.
Second – Omkar Sahu – Mosquito Magnet (Krishna Engineering College)- A device to attract and kill mosquitoes.
Third – Md. Mosleuddin – Docto Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (Accurate Engineering College) – A doctor prescription app.

Surgical Strike Day


On 29 September 2016 which was nearly 10 days after the Uri attack that claimed 18 jawans, India carried out surgical strikes in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, inflicting heavy casualties on terrorists and 'those protecting them" and indicating a change of stand on the rules of engagement on the disputed line of control. Krishna Engineering College celebrated Parakram Parv(Surgical Strike Day) for patriots. Motivational Talk was given by EX SEGEANT A.K. TALYAN.

"The vote is the most powerful instrument ever devised by man for breaking down injustice and destroying the terrible walls which imprison people because they are different from other people. So Young people need to vote. They need to get out there. Every vote counts. Educate yourself too. Don't just vote. Know what you're voting for, and stand by that. Krishna Engineering College organised a campaign "Matdata Jaagrukta Abhiyaan" in association with SVEEP (Systematic Voters Education & Electoral Participation) Ghaziabad, with the aim "Shape Tomorrow By Voting Today."
















Robo Race Competition


New technologies are rapidly giving rise to unprecedented methods of warfare. Innovations that yesterday were science fiction could cause catastrophe tomorrow and robots are one of them. Krishna Engineering College organised a robo race competition for the students and they participated in great numbers and enjoyed it to the most. KEC Roadies


Aspiring students from every corner of the college came to compete against each other in a series of rounds to prove themselves superior and win the ultimate title “KEC ROADIE”. This title, as it is easy to say but much hard to achieve. It was something where students got into group discussions, personal interviews, written test, treasure hunt and time based physical endurance task and for the final round an individual task. The game was designed to throw the worst at students to bring out the best in them. Students came, they were put under pressure, their ability was tested and finally the ultimate winner was selected. The competition was held on 21st and 22nd of September in Mughal Garden.














Google I/O Extended


Department of Computer Science and information Technology has organized “Google I/O Extended”. This event ​was an annual developer-focused conference held by Google in San Francisco.
